Video editing (vegas)
Basic photoshop
Basic server stuff linux/windows
HTML, FTP, etc
Must know and be able to do lots of things involving day to day site operations, updating, server basics etc.

i looked in to upgrading a while back- it didn't have any upgrades that are necessary for what i do.

what new feature in cs4 do you use?

No idea, although I use CS4, mostly for Flash, Dreamweaver and Photoshop, I do have the rest of the stuff incase I want to learn it.

Is this position in house or is a remote location ok?

the biggest feature of cs4 over cs3 is batch encoding, which i have no need for.

the few other upgrades are minor enhancements.

i film HD on p2 cards and cs3 handles the files flawlessly.

it provides everything i need at this time, so there was no need for me to spend $900 on an update.

thanks for those who contacted me so far, this is a serious position that involves work, many emailed me telling me they are great with managing people and overlooking other people etc etc

I do that, I manage the people who I hire and also work myself, this position is for people who will do the work.

Not to sound like an asshole but things move quick in these days, people who cant work and get stuff done quick vs. talking about it or pushing things off aren't really meant for this, but I do guarantee you that if you work and you dont miss deadlines and keep your word you will only keep growing and keep making more money.

no way i will work with this arrogant old cunt. but if you're ok with strict and very strict boss that he even whiped your ass, then this the perfect position for you.

Boss = should be strict and in control, so lazyasses can't just collect their paychecks and fuck around all day long without accomplishing anything. Just my view on things though, I'm sure a lot of people disagree. :)
