mpeg movies - low band optimization
 

how do you optimize your high band quality movies for low band/dial-up users? im not asking about the program u r using to do this, but the settings for it

I suggest VBR settings for MPEGs. Resize to 320x240 @ 200-300 kbps VBR. Make sure you minimize audio quality. I think 32kHz is the lowest it will go.

Should deliver acceptable quality for 56kers.
