Tennessee man photoshopped Miley Cyrus into a nude fake and was consequently arrested and charged with CP. Sick fucker did the same with photos of some local girls.

I'd have t assume this is the case, and Miley's name just got slapped on it to draw in the attention. I remember being back in highschool when Britney Spears was just getting big, being like 16 and having a heaping collection of celebriity fakes. People did the same with the olsen twins and other celebs before that,never heard of any of them getting in shit.
