Someone who can install forumsoftware and skin it up a bit.
 

Who can do this for me, fast.. i want it asap, rather today then tomorrow.
I have off course the .psd's from oneclicktube.com and you should be able to skin it a bit up and integrate it into the forums skin.

Forum software: vbulletin.
