best language for germans..
 

i found out that messages in english do better than german language for germans..i dont know why but when i use english for my german traffic i get 300% better results than when i use german..

beats me why that is so.. any ideas?

it was good german.. translated by 3 diff german ppl to mean the same thing

I rekon that if your dialer was in English, and they couldn't understand that they were getting charged $X/second, sure you'd get better results :)

maybe you should add words like: ueberfucking, blitzbanging, mein-leben-drilling etc...

i think germans expect beeing cheated when they get messages in their own language, they expect language scripts there. and its true, i am from europe and everytime i see something in my language, its a fucking ripp off

Most Germans grow up learning at least English in School. Many also learn French in addition. 2 and 3 spoken languages is the standard not the exeption. If my English is good enough to understand a porn site (really not much needed ;) ) then I will be surfing international sites due to the very strict adult verification on German sites. So they come to your site and they stay at the English version because its most likely the one they got to see first.

2. send german messages with a link to english version of the site

3. send german messages with link to german version of the site

4. send english messages with link to english version of the site

By the way the paysite supports direct debit and thats why i push them and in the message i also advertise the fact that they support direct debit..

easy to answer: try all of them and decide what brings most signups

I'm not german but then I see a site translated into my language I have to puke. Some things just sounds better in english like 'live' 'instant access', or 'free trial'.
Then I see these words translated into my language I usally have to translate it back to english to understand what the hell it means...:2 cents:

I rather tend to think more German know German better then (if at all) English.... just my 2 cents

A lot of german traffic is American servicemen. That's gonna convert a lot better in English than German.
