Scammer alert: venusgal -> WTF!?

I am reporting a scammer here. This dude called "venusgal", who is selling his submit passes and a domain "tubezz.com" what he really owns.

I sent him $400 via Epass, no sign of him since Saturday.

Yesterday he bumped his thread selling tubezz.com

I already contacted Epass, but got no reply from Michael O so far.

His epass is from Naughty America [ID: naughtyAmerica_denischeval], I tried to contact them as well, but no reply so far.

Looking forward for explanatin from him, but he does not answer ICQ neither replies his email what I got from his whois info from tubezz.com. He is a french dude, thats all I know, his ICQ name is something like "Jahely Media".

This is the first time I am scammed in the adult industry, since Aug 2005. :(

Hi, aslready contacted Michael, haven't heard of him yet, but he'll do the most he can I am sure.

I always do research everyone. He seemed to be legit, 2004 reg time, average [but very few] posts, nothing special.

That's fucked up, dude. Hope you get a chance to nail the fucker. Admins could ban his account on here for life and add a "BANNED FOR LIFE FOR BEING A SCAMMER" line there.

I was scammed by Tracy from fantasy Content when she was on her massive scamming spree and got many webmasters. I know how that shit feels :mad:

Same here, i was 99% done on making the deal on that domain he was selling.
But then i though: To good to be true, and if its to good to be true it mostly is.

So i waited a couple of days to see what happend.

Fucking glad i did then.

I am happy that at least someone was smarter than me. :)

Thanks to Joe @ Naughty America the guy's account is blocked, he must clarify this in order to get paid. Nice move Naughty America! Now I have a little chance ;)

Sorry to hear that Matyko. Unfortunately in this industry we often have to deal with people who would never achieve anything using honest ways. One can only learn from mistakes and be more cautious.

I would not have a problem with punishing scammers. You want to steal my money? Here is another 100 bucks - and a fist in your face.

Nobody legit is going to be using a naughtyamerica_*, flashcash_wm*, tb_* etc epassporte...

If they are legit they might accept affiliate payments that way but they'd get their own epassporte account for "professional" stuff like selling submit passes.

Actually, if he would use a normal Epass I wouldn't have too much chance to track him down. But Naughty America was very helpful and cooperative, thus I am getting closer and closer to my goal: to get what I paid for.

And no, I am not here to make my money back, I spent several hours to hunt down this little prick, either he has to pay for my time, or - and I prefer this solution - he has to buy those passes with those expiry dates from GTS for me.

What makes me sad is that I can't get a damn answer from Epass, Michael O is offline since the beginning of this issue, and I need his account blocked asap.

I was concerned right away Matyko when you brought that to my attention.
My only thought was he had grandfathered accounts that he was getting rid of.

That Being Said for anyone buying someone elses paid passes a couple things to remember

Site Scripts assign passes by 1 to 2 unique variables(could be more but for what we deal with anyways) Username and Email

If you are rebuying a pass from someone else it is Still that persons user/email attached to that account.

That person at anytime can go to said script and Reset your password leaving you broke and Passless

Submitpasses Does not Support this sort of Shenanegans and i highly reccomend not doing this unless its your Cousin, Mother, best friend or someone you can track down and strangle if they break the deal.

If anyone has anything they need let me know whether its Submitpasses, Paid Listings, or Mobile traffic.

Thanks for posting in this thread. First of all let me thank you for your advices and recommendations, they will be helpful for all the future buyers.

To be honest, I never ever bought a pass from another submitter. ut this dude stated he is out of biz, and these passes he has are unused for some time, thus I thought I give him an offer for a few passes I would like to try out again. I admit I was absolutely not thinking about the password reset issue you rightfully mention here. This can be because of I am a naive person, and wouldn't ever think that something like this can happen.

Look, the price offer I gave him was not that much for these passes, and I am sure most of the TGP owners would happily do an account change for a small fee or even for free as this can take a few minute extra work for them.

Denis Cheval aka venusgal finally contacted me today via email saying:

"Sorry to get back at you so late... Seems to difficult to transfer the passes - I will get your money back as soon as I've loaded my epass."

So he is still saying he does have these passes. I am very curious if he is bluffing or have really contacted GTS about the transfer. However I am almost sure he is lying.

Obviously I do not want my money back, I want what I paid for or want a fair compansation for the lot time I wasted on tracking him down.

There are three options imo:
1) He really has these passes but had some alibi, and will transfer the passes to me. In this case of course I post in all threads on all boards rgardint this problem and saying everything is alright.
2) He will buy those passes for me with the proper expiry dates
3) He will compensate me otherwise: he has ~a dozen domains what he can transfer, or send me back money via Epass with a nice sum attached, as I am not a bank who is giving loans whatsoever.

Maybe you think I am mean, and I want too much and even getting my money back should be OK, but I say: think about if the same would happen to you... Wasting half of a day and the amount of stress...

what most people don't realize, is that by the time a scammers info hits this board or the public, its only one scam of probably several that they have gotten away with. And believe it or not, most people don't run to boards and post about it.

This guy had simply bad luck with me as I realized in time WTF is going on [thanks Devin! :)] and I saw he is looking for epass-pp exchanges and selling a domain, so he has business in progress, so I thought I won't let this fucktard scam more ppl. As far as I know, he is really leaving adult, so probably he tried to get the most out of his "leaving". Too bad a "grown up man" over the age of 30 can think like this...

and that 5 dollar guy tried to sell me hardlinks. he said that he will tell me the url after i pay him. and i said why would anybody buy a link from a secret site. sounds scammy to me. good thing i didnt fall for that one

p2p transactions can not be disputed that is why we have a big warning on the p2p sending page.
If you have a complaint over a transaction email me his UserID, your UserID and reason for complaint then it will be noted on his account.

I was just contacted by Denis, he told me he has those passes for real, I told him to contact Devin about the transfers. If GTS or any TGP owner charges any (administrative) fees, I am willing to pay for it, no problem.

We can not block an account on a claim that you were scammed.

Just to give you a brief lowdown, he pulled shit once before.

At one point Naughty America was paying for his passes because he was submitting for them. Then one day all of his domains across multiple hosts and servers were 404ing to everybody's favorite Adultfriendfinder. I had to pull his passes, but about 3 weeks later he somehow talked Naughty America in to giving him his passes back.

Bottom line - any passes he does actually still have access to would be Naughty America property, not his.
