My son made me some picture frame thing. He is two so pretty cool hehe. And had all 3 kids tell me they love me and happy fathers day all at once on webcam. Ill be with them again soon, so thats a great gift.

I got a pair BadBoy MMA/Grappling shorts, a pair of Vulkan Grappling shorts, a Triumph United bad ass tee, a shiny new metal bucket for my next fight, and all the love and adoration of my kids. Got to spend all Sunday with them at the beach in San Diego.

My son, who at 14, 5'11", 170lbs, decided to try out his old man, since he's a big bad wrestler now. We pummeled for about a minute, he leaned over a little too much, and he got hip thrown to the ground, mounted and almost choked the fuck out. He remember enough from his BJJ days to tap out.

I spend the day with my daughter at the local water park. There is one ride I wouldn't go on; It's called the Stealth but it's more commonly called the Sidewinder. It's like a half pipe. She's just discovering the "older kids" rides (we have season passes and go at least once a week) but there are still some rides she won't go on. Well, Sunday she decided to go on this ride - the one I was scared of. I might be scared of heights but I have balls, so I went on it with her.

She won't be doing that any time soon!
