URGENT: Selling my Noskim Network with 520 Domains
 

Due several reasons i'am selling urgently my NOT yet fully finished Noskim Network:

The network of the sites online and offline can be viewed on addtrades.com, green sites are online, red sites not yet and must be done by the buyer.

520 Domains, about of 300 them expire beginning of July and must be renewed by the buyer.

includes:
- 216 paid Smart Thumbs Licenses
- 1 Linkorganizer License
- 1 Site Organizer License
- 1 Blog Organizer License
- 11 Servers in co-location, means you get ownership for them
- Network is hosted at webazilla, current conditions can get transfered, Servers could also get moved as you get ownership over them.
- traffic is below 100.000, but as said already, it's noskim traffic!!!


Price: 37.500 US$

As the network is not yet finished and there are a lot of domains for renew i currently would like to get only about the value of the servers and scripts, means you get the remaining domains, traffic, linkexchanges and trades for free!

Only the Smart Thumbs Scripts have a value of 216 x 150 = 32.400 US$
The Servers have about a Value of 11 x 1000 = 11.000 US$


I'am selling this noskim project/network due lack of time. My Touringcar Racing Season just doesn't leave enough time neither to finish the network nor to make it a very successfull at this time.

Forgot to add in the first post that the Buyer gets also my thunder-ball account and the gallery database with over 1.000.000 cropped Picture and Movie Galleries.

is their revenue? or just selling it based on the sites and scripts, etc

I guess there MUST be some revenue, but problem is how big it is...

I use on all the sites galleries from over 1100 affilate programs which makes it very hard to reach the payouts for given programs. The network itself isn't old enough to have static and compact sales stats. From what i get currently by checks and epass it's about 1.500 - 2000 Bucks per month, but as said, these are the payouts that reached the minimum level to get paid.


But as said already, all i want is the value of the scripts and servers, everything else is for the buyer as i want to sell it quickly.

No, i even was't aware about that thread and/or that someone thinks ST hurts for Google Listings.

I just checked 5 sites randomly of mine and all are #1 for their domain name:

Examples:

arabsex.cc
big-natural-tits.biz
vidaguerranude.net
indian-sex.tv

You or everybody interested can check any of my sites domain in google and i'am absolutly sure it will be the #1 in google, so no, if that thread and what it is about is true my sites are not hit.

IF there is a problem that many tgp sites using ST lost their rankings or get a penalty than my guess it's due the skim used. My sites are NOSKIM, there are NO missleading links.

So to answer your questions, NO, my traffic isn't neither down nor are my sites hit by that google penalty or whatever it is. :pimp

Again about the value of the network:

Only the Smart Thumbs Scripts have a value of 216 x 150 = 32.400 US$
The Servers have about a Value of 11 x 1000 = 11.000 US$
Cropped Thumbs Database: 1.200.00 x 0.02 = 24.000 US$

Everybody that manually cropped thumbs knows that cropping 1.200.000 Thumbs takes ages.

I would say it's visible that a lot of money and work has been invested in this network and a serious buyer and worker or someone that has a team ready for sure can make this a very profitable network.

I will daily lower the price as not much time is left until the expiration date for the first domains:

Curious why you need 11 servers for < 100k traffic?...

not good to run 500 sites on the same ip, se's find it as spam sites... kinda like virtual hosting... not good...

so google, dmoz, aol, yahoo, etc... says....

not to mention 520 sites most likely will do more than 100K will some love....

Actually there are 12, but 1 remains for me ;-)

first of all half of the sites are text tgp's the other half thumb tgp's/mgp's, but only about 1/2 of the sites are developed so far.

Here how it's managed:
1 Server for Cropping and Backup of the Galleries
1 MyQsl Server
1 Thumb Server
8 Servers for the Thumb Sites with average about 24 Sites on it
1 Server for the Text Sites as these don't eat much resources

If you have made Thumb Sites you will see that too many Thumb Sites on a single Server and crash it while updating. Most of the TGP/MGP Sites have up to 100 Archive pages which are also generated while updating and that eats resources. As the servers are owned by my own i pay only US$ 50 for the managed co-location hosting, so other than the entire investement it's not a big deal at all.

The other thing, as mentioned already is to have them not all on the same IP/Server for SE reasons. If i remember right 260+ IP's are used for the network, but i really don't remember exactly how much.

up to the registrar you use. There are registrars registering them as low as US$ 35 or lower.

Nearly all of the .tv domains are short 2 word domains like:

bigclits.tv
hugedicks.tv
big-dicks.tv
bi-sex.tv
blondepussy.tv
oral-sex.tv
tit-fuck.tv
big-boobs.tv
big-tits.tv
and so on and so on....

no idea. My Sites are NOT affected by that which i explained earlier in this topic and everybody can check the domains and see that there is NO penalty on my network or any domain which makes me believe that the penalty by google is for skimming/missleading links and not for using ST at all.

The Hosting Bill is currently 600 US$ for 12 servers, as i said, the servers are my own, co-location hosting, i don't rent them, means minimal hosting fees.

why not post spec of servers?

That's not the point. His sites are all NO SKIM. He's trying to target SE traffic, by putting them on different server and different IP classes.

that was my last network which was sold to payserve, this one is a new one which isn't even yet finished.

Maybe that's the reason, but there is NO way i will go under 20k, if nobody buys the whole network for 20k i will sell the scripts and servers one by one which will make again 20k, the bad thing is that all the work will be gone which is sad, because the network has a great potential and everybody building the same has to invest much more. As said already, everybody doing some elementary calculation on how much manually cropping of over 1.000.000 Thumbs/Galleries costs in Money and Time will see that it's nothing that can be done fast, cheap and good. The Scripts and Servers included alone are worth much more. The 1000's links on the Site as well.

However, everybody thinking to wait longer and the price getting lower than 20k will be wrong as this is not something that will happen, expect if i take out servers from the offer.

No, you can't. There is NO way you can host 200+ Thumb Sites, each with it's own thumb Script on 1 Server. The Server would crash on each rebuild. And i even don't take in account the other scripts involved like traffic script for each toplist and the linkexchange scripts. If you feel like this is possible i'am more than interested to see an example of an server that hosts 50 thumb sites on it's own.

IF you are of course intersted in buying the network only with 1 server you can do so and try your luck, it would be your problem, lol. Also there are reasons why such setup is choosen. One of the reason is perfect performance, no downtimes we garantees fast loading and perfect working of the sites.
