About a year or so ago I read about a cutting edge breast augmentation technique they're doing in Japan, i think it involved stem cells, probably why it's not available in the US yet. I've seen a bunch of the JAV idol porn girls with amazing boob jobs, look very natural.

i haven't found any before and after photos of women who've had this done.
