Does it suck? What would you suggest I do to fix it and get people attention?

Is there anything I should remove?

My first thought is... way too much. I don't really want to read 15 years of your programming history.

I have to agree. If a resume is too long an employer will get bored with it and throw it to the side. Keep it short and sweet.. but to the point..

There's something about that page that makes me want to vomit. I'm not sure what.
