I need a host that will......
 

......Pony up and donate a small virtual account to a cancer victim who is starting a non profit.

We have donated the domain, design, and administration of the site.

This will be a wordpress blog, very little space and transfer would be needed.

Backstory: I was contacted about a School teacher who is battling an aggressive form of breast cancer. She has a long hard fight ahead of her, but is keeping positive, and would like to not only blog about her experience, but provide a gateway for other women in her area to get support and information. Her story has gotten some local media attention recently, and she want's to take advantage of it and get a site up.

Unlike the many donation threads that have hit GFY over the years, WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR ANY MONEY.

I lost my father to cancer in 2007. Since then, I have donated a lot of time and energy to cancer charities.

Hostgator provides hosting for justifiable causes and even some non-profits which qualifies. See here: hostgator.com/nonprofit-web-hosting.shtml.

They have the pink ribbon on there as well as already donating to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

As far as I see this, it seems to be an individual or a sort of organization which seek to improve its community and the welfare of others. Sounds like a clear candidate to me. But I'm in no wasy affiliated with hostgator, I was just a regular customer myself long time ago.
