logo needed, looking for designer

I'm needing a logo with a non-nude mermaid in it, either realistic or a cartoon image. If it's a photoshopped image I would prefer to have a model release included. Three word title in the logo. I saw a design on here that had blue text that looked like it was glowing and had a reflection underneath, something similar to that would be nice. I would also like a copy of the finished psd file.

Hit me up with your offers, I would like to settle on a designer this weekend and have the logo ready a week or two after that. No big rush.

Will also need more work (banners, buttons, whatever) done in the future.
