I read your post and you insinuate that We should demand more time and effort to the "white collar" crooks, with you are mostly right........but we live in the real world and people with GUNS will always have the "man" come down on him harder than someone who cooks the books.

The majority demands it.

And again I AGREE with you about cracking down on the white collar crooks, but it will never get to the extent of pulling police officials in high crime areas in order to get them. It's a matter of resources and how you use the resources.
