When's the next Godfather, Apocalypse Now, or Raging Bull going to come out of Hollywood? Seems bleak.

Hopefully never. If they are going to do remakes, do the gay ass shitty 80's ones.

I do not think Hollywood would allow remakes of movies in that caliber. :2 cents:

I don't mean re-make those classics.

I mean new movies as good as those were.

I dont think good movies really become instant classics until some time has passed. I think in another 10-15 years the original movies of our time will still be talked about. IE - 300, gangs of new york, titanic, etc.

Oh fuck that. It most likely will never happen. Those movies were made to tell a story epically... movies today are made to bring asses into seats that enjoy drinking $6 Cokes and people that enjoy clogging their arteries with a $12 bucket of butter & salt encrusted popcorn which cost a total of $0.22 to make (bucket included).
