what is going on?
What is the point of escalating a ticket when it is still not being looked at? I know this is a virtual account but still you all my sites offline.

Ticket: 484044

The ticket has been open for almost a DAY now.

i thought live support and phone support were no longer supported for virtual... turns out if was wrong and only live support is for dedicated
got the problem solved.

webair support was always slow on answering trouble tickets,
and if you want to cancel hosting they never respond those tickets :)

I find their online chat system the fastest way to get an issue resolved over using a ticket.
