Elevated X Urgent Security Issue

Last week we encountered a security issue involving our support ticket system.

The security and the safety of our clients and their businesses is our top priority. To err on the side of caution we chose to be proactive and steps were taken to ensure that our clients were not affected.

At this point there's no cause for alarm.

We acted quickly upon learning of the situation. Thanks to fast action and the immediate assistance of several hosting companies only 2 users were affected by this, the damage suffered by those users was repaired with very little interruption of site function and the situation was contained within a few hours.

Many of our users were locked down within minutes of our learning of the potential threat.

Thank you to the teams at MojoHost, Techie Media, ISPrime, Webair and Swiftwill for working with us to resolve this quickly and for providing us the assistance of your tech staff to lock down our shared clients.

ELEVATED X CMS CLIENTS
------------------------------------------------
All current Elevated X clients were emailed with information and instructions last Tuesday.

You should have received an email either stating that your server has been secured or one providing you with detailed instructions to send to your host.

If you did not receive such an email from us please check your spam folder and contact us as soon as possible if no email is found.

If you have questions please submit a support ticket. You may also email or call me directly at 1-800-690-9277.
