You looking for the rock-bottom cheapest or do you have any other requirements (ie. you want it to be vps or something)? There are really cheap VPS offerings out there -- that gets you some separation of services.

Please enlighten us..? I mean if you will start a blog or whatever ~$10 is cool imo.

Its not easy to move them if need more power later.

Atleast I tipped OP with Way3 since I have only good experience with them.

No downtime so far and thats like a year soon...support 24/7 on ICQ/Emails.

About the other posters there are some hosting I havent tried so cannot say anything about them.

CertifiedHosting is cheap and is way better than weba*r, serva*e and many other I've tried before. They also have a nice promo at the moment so you can save some bucks too..
