Someone has been scanning my ports all day and it's pissing me off... is there anything I can do to fire back at him?

Its most likely someone elses machine thats been hacked, just scanning large ip blocks.

Dont sweat it. You are not singled out as a target. Everyone online gets hit with them everyday.
