11 years experienced webmaster looking for WORK
 

My name is Alexander, i have 29 years old, i was born in Hungary but now i live with my wife here in Ireland. I am the founder of some of the first MGPs back in 2000 (like hydroporn.com for exemple). Also, gonzosluts.com, wowvids.com were sites made by me.
I have made and sold at least 15 MGPs in the last 10 years.

Those great years when i was working 5 hours a day and making $20K monthly are gone forever :( :( :( :( :(

Now, i only have sexparty.tv, bestgonzomovies.com, 111tube.com and hugemoviearchive.com. Also, i am the founder and co-owner of hirstart.hu (ranked by Alexa as 99th most visited hungarian site).
Maintaining these sites takes me around 3 hours daily meaning that i can still work for 5 more hours daily.

I can do almost everything except programming;
I have HIGH SEO and SEM skills;
I have high skills in video shooting / encoding / editing / screenshots / trailers / etc.
I know about traffic (buying / filtering / management / trading / selling)
I am a very good negotiator (i think i pay less than everyone else on GFY for my servers at one of the top hosting companies - contact me to tell you more);
I know everything about TGPs/ MGPs/ FLVs/ tube sites (legal and illegal)/ sponsors/ hosting requirements/ computer privacy techniques/ offshore tax management/ payments/ and so on.

The main reasons you should hire me:
- 11 years experience in online adult business
- my hourly rate will be way less than any OUTSOURCING COMPANY with stupid and lazy Filipino employees
- mathematics university degree (doctorate degree)
- i am open for traveling as long as it is payed (tax management, contracts, shooting custom videos in Prague/Budapest/Bucharest/Bratislava)
- i can be trusted and relied on, no matter what your business is

PS: I have a 10mbps Fiber Optic connection at the office and i use a 12mbps proxy server in New York to get the best results (downloading / uploading large files will not be a prob)

As for the rate, it depends on the company.
If the bulgarian guy called Titov who owns tube8 that makes $80k monthly profit will ask me to update his site or launder his money in Hong Kong i will ask for $150 per hour, but for a regular job at a legal company or site owner my rate should be a regural one (somewhere around $20).

It's not that i am not making money right now .. Don't get me wrong here. I am still rich :winkwink:

I am still making enough money to pay for everything i want, but the thing is that i am used to work 8 hours daily and in these hard times in 3 hours i finish everything.
There are 4-5 hours that i can use to earn some extra cash especially now when everything in the EU goes from bad to worst.

You can imagine after a few years with a $20K monthly profit it's hard to post a threat on GFY looking for a new part time job. But as i said i am not affraid of working and who knows me can confirm that i can be trusted.

What i should add is that i want a mid - long term contract. At least 3-4 months with a fixed salary. I am not here just to make a quick buck.

If there is 4-5 hours daily you are willing to work for someone else then you aren't as rich as you think you are. Any person with money and a brain would put the 4-5 hours daily into their own shit.

I don't get this either. Why not work on your own stuff with all those mad skillz?

Unless the skill aren't what they're hyped up to be and he cant make any money working for himself. In this case, he would be useless for anyone who hires him.

I don't really think it's entirely fair to say he wouldn't make more money working for someone else. Now speaking from my own perspective, I find it VERY hard to motivate myself to work hard without someone looking over my shoulder saying "Noah, what have you done today? Let me see." And then if I haven't done anything all that productive, pulling me into their office saying they're going to fucking fire my ass unless I get to work. There's something about those intimidating conversations that really lights a fire under my ass.

I haven't had a boss since 2002... and honestly I'm not the self-motivated type. I never have been. But sometimes out of pure NEED, I will light a fire under my own ass and do what I need to do to generate cash flow. I've got the resources to do it myself, yes. And I've got the resources to do it for other people. In fact, I can make other people millions. And as much as I'd like to make that happen for myself, I'd probably have to say I'm more likely to make it happen for someone else... simply because of that motivation factor. It's not a matter of having the skills or not having the skills...

You're right .. I should focus on my own stuff .. Working for someone else isn't an option even if it's nice because you don't have such big responsabilities. It's hard to be born and study in one country and then get married in another country.. All you have study is considered close to zero.. You never know where life is taking you.

I run pornsites since i was 15 yo , hosted on free hosts , using proxies , getting payed by dialer programs using debit cards issued in Seychelles by illegal sponsors. Most of you didn't even hear about those times. Old school webmasters who know me yelled at me on ICQ yesterday after reading this, saying that i am stupid to post such a thread on gfy.
