does this mean that is using something to try hack your site

80 is the default http port

the :80 signifies what TCP port the website is on. :80 is the default for http, so usually you don't see that unless it is a different number than 80. I'm pretty sure it's not about hacking.

every time he/she visits a page on your site, and was just at another page.
Is the referrer stats also counting image views?
1 page view from a visitor coming elsewhere might
count for 1 ref from that site, and 10 from your own site due to the images on your page.
Could be lots of reasons.

Don't believe them, you're being hacked. Shut down the server and format it's contents plus backups ASAP!
