Check out Juicy Ads place a few of their ads on your site (maybe a small cluster next to the video) and they also have a lot of sites I can see you buying traffic that would work nicely for your site.

Best part is if you havent sold any ad space you can place your own ads with your own sponsors or get paid per click via their house ads. I recently took down their ads and I regret it. Ill be placing them back up in a few days.
