Oh nice, the same site that has my stolen content posted all over their forums! There were several threads with my pics, obv ripped form my site with my watermark cut off and some of my videos also. When I asked them to take it down they replied "haha you are very funny little girl, many solo models use our message boards to promote themselves, maybe you should do the same"

The same site that has a message board full of ripped webcam shows from LiveJasmin, VideoSecrets and all of the other major webcam sites and members posting threads like "anybody have any requests for me? I can get any webcam model's shows for free for you.. put in your requests now!" and surfers sharing their fav ways to steal content.

Check out their forums for a minute or two guys..

In fact here is the douchebag reply I got from their moderator named "wtfazzhole"
so what do you guys think about this?

A couple points I would like to point out to you.

1) Every webcam site has a different TOS policy. To expect that we know them all is ridiculous. Some webmasters allow people to record the private shows they pay for and some others don't. There are legal procedural ways to get contents removed. The content you see if you look at all of them are not on our server. Having said that there are still procedural ways to do so. Until we see the letters from these cam site's attorneys or from their webmasters who is to say you are just some religious fanatic trying to claim you are somebody you are not wanting to censor porn off the net?

2) I think it is rather humorous that you mentioned suing in "small claims court." But as the term "small"
implies it is for amounts less than $5,000. I have only sued a few people in such courts before and am familiar with their procedures and limitations. Apparently you or your attorney have never sued anybody before or you would have known.

phun.org sucks...no affiliate links on their boards, they ban anyone who tries.
