On the charge of violation of privacy, I agree that the video makers should have won. But showing a 17 year old topless I believe still violates the fact that she's underage. So in my opinion, she can't really sue for monetary damages but I also believe she should not be shown in the video or at the least censored since she's under age...

Haven't read about this case before so this might seem like a 'out of left field' question..but how did they know that this girl was 17 at the time of the shoot?

I'm guessing that they had to have her sign something in order to use her image/picture on a product that was being sold...right?

It may not be over yet.. this was a civil suit.. They could very easily push for criminal charges as well..

there was a case in Washington state a few months ago which basically said wandering around a mall with a tiny camera shooting up the skirts of women was legal.
