would like to know if anyone else's paysite have had very soft sales since about the 18th..

ok all of my rebills are gone from ibill..i did op of the visa thing but most of my rebills were from checks anyways. strange but true. i have not had a rebill from ibill in the last 10 days dont seem right there should be at least one......

10 days?? how many members do you have? 2?

i was getting around 8-15 rebills a day from my sites

If I were you, I'd call my rep and ask them what the hell was going on.

New sales at iBill have been very weak since the 18th. We've seen about a 20% decrease. So far I have to get a satisfactory answer out of them as to why this is happening. Everybody I speak to there hasn't heard anything about a problem. Its interesting that you're seeing a decrease over the same period we are.

The decrease could be that they are now requiring cvv2 numbers for all mastercard transactions. It could also be that the signup pages aren't always showing Discover and JCB. Also, if you are using a custom page, check it over and make sure its still working properly.

As for the rebills, I heard they were having a problem with their "replicator". Basically it means that rebills may or may not be happening, they just aren't being reported in the cmi.

calm down just like every biz has good weeks and has bad weeks

Its hard to be calm when a "bad week", as you put it, puts a $50K dent in our cashflow. We have 4 years of stats to compare this current "bad week" to and this is not normal.

I think today was the only day that has sorta sucked for us - average volume for october
