Does Naughty America?s marketing tarnish National American University?s reputation? The college chain has asked for an injunction on the use of NaughtyAmerica.com and FastTimesatNAU.com. It wants the domains transferred to them.

Waste of the University's funds IMO. They may have a valid point about the NAU domain but NaughtyAmerica.com...not a snowball's chance in hell.

Good ploy to get some publicity for their school though.

Read about this in a local paper this morning.

If I Google NAU there seems to be several using that acronym. What sites are they saying look alike?

maybe for fast times, but not the main domain, and if it does actually happen that would be a big loss for them

Bullshit case, who would get Naughty America and National American College confused? National American College sounds like one of those schools that advertise during Maury Povich and Jerry Springer.

Bigger BS cases have been won. That would really suck for NA.
