I have tons of forums and blogs for non-adult, but not much for adult. I can't see why adult web masters would hoard these kinks of lists, unless they are a bunch of greedy fucks.

Alberta Stars has a dofollow forum. It's not an adult webmaster forum, but it only has adult members. Not that much activity in forums, however high traffic every day. Spam is short lived though, hence pointless to even try to make use of dofollow links. I know cause I'm one of those with finger on DELETE button :1orglaugh
