Was thinking of offering Live Feeds for websites in their members area wtih only foot fetish models 24/7. I would charge a monthly fee and the site's members would be able to interact with the foot models. I have the applet and the models for the WM. They would not be interupted by guests from a regular cam site. Your thoughts?

So then your question is, will someone pay for them? I dunno. They will pay for custom work with their favorite models, from my experience. I am not sure on cam if they would.

Is there are market for this? My opinion is yes. I have tried to sell cams with a foot fetish slant before, with little luck. The problem with that being that there really weren't any foot centric models.
If you have the ladies and it's a dedicated foot cam, yes, it'd sell. I know of some amateur foot models with their own sites who do cam shows on a regular basis and make good $$$ of it.

But a cam model doesn't have to be a "foot fetish model" to do foot cams? I get 2-3 foot fetish shows a day :)

there are more guys with a foot fetish than you think, get the models to do anything foot related on cams and the foot guys will tell them what to do.
it's really easy actually.

Most foot guys watching webcam are completely happy when the model just SHOWS her feet let alone doing anything else
