What sponsors are you having trouble with? Quite a few still offer great support. Unfortunately, sometimes it is a bit of "who you know," which is a shame.

That last sentence sums it up, for me at least.

We have takin care of you guys in the past, fast custom ads etc. :)

BTW I had some questions about Traffic. and had you on ICQ for days and nothin. Ended up buying it from Pro Traffic.

I try to promptly answer any support requests that I receive, and I only occasionally request nude photos in return. Occasionally...

No support = no problem. Just move to the next sponsor. Why worry, I didn't have that much traffic anyway....

Idea, Lets start a list of sponsors and reps that don't answer emails or
ICQs. Be fair, try at least three times and give 'em a change to respond...

Never got the messages. I always tell people to use email since ICQ is iffy at best.

Ok, I looked at my Adium Logs.... nothing. There is no record of us even talking on ICQ.

Very few of the 100+ companies I work with provide good support, but there are some.

No we never talked but just didnt connect. I signed up to your site though.

No welcome email No "if you need anything from me"

Not a huge deal but since you were generalizing about affiliate support.

I don't believe in "welcome" emails or contacting users who sign up on my site unless they need something.

No sales staff either. Never been a fan of bugging clients or pressuring them to "buy now".

dude support has went to nothing in the last year.

The most annoying thing for me is when you email to the support, then you even get the automated response that your email was got and you'll get an answer asap and then nothing. Neither by email nor by icq.
