    Why are they throwing playboy parties at the mansion?

                                                      People rent out the Mansion for $25k + a night and put on the parties. There are a couple different people whose sole business is just to set up parties and sell tickets.

                                                      Hugh is to old to have a party. He has been there done that.

                                                      I think they have one that Playboy puts on the Halloween one and thats it.
