Big trouble for cheerleader / col. girl sites
What's the legal standpoint of girls wearing attire of real life universities ? I attended a presentation a few months ago, where some Ohio State's chief marketing dude told us about how they managed to shut down a few amateur sites which displayed nekkidness in OSU sweaters .... :2 cents:

that school is only good for their hot chicks, their fluke great seasons, and tons of graduates who come out and live in trailer parks all day...

You can also find problems showing a can of Coca Cola. It is a Trademark issue. They own the trademark on the shirt and can prohibit you from using it without permission (rather unlikely).
We had an email from Hooters once regarding a set and had to take it down, not the site just the images with their trademark. |
Don't use a real school....problem solve!
and yes they have every right to shut down assholes making money with their name. |
