Creatine..It works! Webmasters..don't turn into JELLO!
Being a full time webmaster, eating fried chicken and drinking malt liquor and sitting in front of this computer all day was making me turn into a fat gelatanous slob. I was worried about not being able to get the bitches anymore. I couldn't stand it, So I started to do something.
If you lift weights, you need to be taking creatine. I've been taking the Twinlab chewables. I've put on 14 pounds of muscle/water in 10 weeks. I stay horny all of the time and I bust big creamy nuts regularly... I jack off so much I have to wait a week just so my dick can heal from the abuse!! One of my hoes was just over here chilling with me and she was all on my dick saying how buff I was getting. I've only been lifting 10 fucking weeks! Webmasters who sit on their asses all day needs to spend 30 minutes a day three times a week lifting weights. Also, you should walk 30 minutes 3 times a day...After you do that little bit of exercise, you can reward yourself with some doughnuts and sit on your ass in front of the computer for the rest of the day! I walk 30 minutes a day 3 times a week with my mother. It helps her health and it helps me at the same time. Plus it gives you 30 mintutes of concentrated talk time with your mom. That time spent will be priceless. There's nothing wrong with working 18 hours a day, but if you don't get up off of your ass and move, the only pussy you'll be able to fuck are pornstars who your sponsors pay to blow you. I lift weight 3-4 times a week, 60-90 minutes each time.
All I take is High Performance Protein and so far it's working pretty good. I'm pretty buff and I've been working out for 7 months or so :thumbsup I havent tried creatine yet, I put on weight easily and I fear that taking creatine will turn me into a fat ass |

only shit i'll ever use is protein powder, just cus its easier to drink a protien shake after a workout ,t hen to cook a chicken u wanna get buff ? just workout eat 6 times a day, 3 of them being protein shake, and a light snack eat a hiehg protien and low carb diet and just work out 4 times a week my plan sorta looks like this Day 1 , Chest / Bicepts Day 2 , Tris / Shoulders Day 3 , Legs / back <---- real important if you wanna gain overal body mass ... Day 4, Cardio day 45 mins - an hour of cardio , keeps my muslce fit and helps endurance while lifting high reps DOnt need no creatine , eat properly , sleep properly and u'll see results. |
there are no harmful side effects to creatine. you get diarrhea from taking too much.

Most people get fat by sitting here all day and doing the webmaster gig...I just lose weight...I've lost about 15 pounds since i started doing this..used to work out every day..girls used to feel my arms and make goo goo noises...now im just a bag of bones and fat...Shitty...gotta go to the gym

Do some research on what you take, take your time and exercise. Exercise and proper diet is everything. It's fucking hard and specially in the beginning or after a long period of inactivity. But it's the only right way. I just came back from the gym. I exercise in the most underground gym in my country. You'll be surprised if you hear the stories that follow the use of supplements and steroids. "If you lift weights, you need to be taking creatine." why is that? The gains from creatine last for a short period of time (the loading phase). After this your organism dispossess near all the quantity you are receiving. This means that all this quantity keeps getting processed by your liver every time with not reason. I'll tell you an event that happened to my trainer 12 days ago when he went to do á surgery for hernia. The doctor gave him 10mg of a certain anaesthetic and my friend was still awake. The doctor started wondering.....he gave him after few min 10mg more. Both times he told him that it's a medicine and not aneasthetic in order not to cause him panic. After few min he was still awake! The doctor asked him: "wtf are you taking?" My friend said:"Doctor i'm taking everything and he started reffering to zillion anabolics..." The doctor said, no I don't mean steroids....Do you take any ephedrine?? Epherdrine was responsible for this and the doctor gave him 20mg more in order for him to sleep. FOUR times more aneasthetic than the normal quantity! |

with creatine you don't need to do the loading phase. 5 grams a day for 2 months is more than enough. then a couple months off. once its in the body you just end up pissing it out. you might as well take a scoop and flush it down the toilet.
if you're serious about gaining muscle, eating 2-3 times a day won't cut it. you want 20-30 grams of protein about every 3 hours. i just laugh at people who bring up these side effects for creatine, but the people who get those side effects have absolutely no idea what they're doing. ephedine is a stimulant much like caffeine, but a lot more potent. ultimate orange was by far the best sport drink/supplement on the market. i don't think its sold anymore because of the big ephedrine ordeal. |
