My favorite hot dog place makes what they call the Irish Wolfhound. It's basically a Hot Dog plus all the fixin's for a Reuben Sandwich. I can eat two in one sitting.

I dunno I never tried. 6 little ones maybe? I only like mustard and onions on mine.

What size...? The skinny short ones, or a 'ball park' style...?

Chili dogs = 4 since that is 4 12" dogs, 2 buns (yes only 1 dog per half), with entire thing covered in about 16oz of meat chili and about an extra 4oz of grated cheese with some mustard and onion. It comes out as a very full large plate about 3-4 inches tall covered.

Mustard, onion, kraut dogs = 6. If very stoned maybe 8.

Any more than 2 and I would barf

I usually have two if it's a meal but if I wasn't worried about getting fat or people looking at me thinking i'm a pig i could easily eat 6 hot dogs and would love to. Without buns - it would be endless - the buns fill you up.

Well if we are talking that way. I would estimate numbers in the 30-40 range assuming I had to eat the buns as well and that they all still were hot. If they were allowed to get cold I am sure I would start to get sick around half that amount. Something about tepid hot dogs makes me ill.

Depends on the dogs, Nathans at the ball park ? 4-5 with mustard and relish.

Sabbretts dirty water dogs (NY pushcart style) 8-10 with chilli and cheese.

Back in a former life I did quite a bit of work in NYC, and was in the WTC a lot, guy who had the pushcart outside by one of the parking lots was alaways a stop. I sometimes wonder what happened to him on 9/11.

I never sat there and prepped a bunch of them how I like them, and then ate as many as I could to find that upper limit, lol.

Once in a while I'll have a turkey dog and some fries for lunch, thats about it.
