if you hear club music poolside at XBIZ Summer...
text me and I'll fuckin' fire the DJ.
The vision for the show was always ROCK, so that's what we're going to listen to. Get ready for some Van Halen, Motley Crue, AC/DC, etc. Man I feel old - LOL. Post your fav rock bands in here and we'll get them added to the wish list. |
not hearing crappy club music excites me!
|
i liked the club music personally
|
that hurt. :(
|
Guns and Roses, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, The Who.....
|
club music inside a club is ok with me.
|
fyi, i was joking.
but if i hear the same 10 hip hop songs over and over again i will puke. |
I'm partial to rock myself, however I say mix it up, something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue... :thumbsup
Anyone else staying around for the Gavin Rossdale (Bush) show at the Hard Rock pool on Friday night? Here is a video of Gavin and his band shot last month: I was planning to buy tickets, but when I called the Hard Rock to see if there were reserved seats, they said there were not, however if I was staying at the hotel that night, I could get in free (pretty cool, huh?). I'm going to see Nine Inch Nails and Janes Addiction this Friday night here in the Bay Area. Rock on and I'll see you in Vegas GFY and Alex... :thumbsup ADG |
Nice
Easily the best news I've heard all day!
The club music is for the nights. Some chill classic rock, drinking poolside is definitely the way to go! Thanks! |

How about some Steppenwolf, ELP, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Yes, Aerosmith |
The problem with classic rock is, it's never new... stupid class rock, always staying old.
|
Tesla, Poison, KISS, Slaughter, White Snake!!!
|
Here's a few more to keep it goin :thumbsup
Somethin groovy with some rock too. Black Crowes, Allman Bros and Jack Johnson |
Nice! looking forward to it. How about some System of a Down
|
Nice, great news :thumbsup
Sublime doesn't really fit with the other bands mentioned above but I always loved them for poolside music. |

Might as well just tap in to the music feed in the hotel if that's the case. That seems to be all they play throughout the Hard Rock Hotel.
A good tech-house DJ could dazzle with some moderate down-tempo stuff that would be non-intrusive, not sound like a dance club, but bring a nice atmosphere poolside. A good audiophile would know just the right stuff. . |
