An observation about Local Billing
 

I was commenting to goodgirl last night that the one thing I have noticed about Local Billing is their employees.

I do not think I have ever interacted with a more outgoing, friendly, gregarious group. I do not know if it is something that they train their employees to be [tough job] or if it is a quality that they look for in every job interview.

Whatever it is, it definitely works.

We've been working with Mitch and the folks at LB for a long time now. They're professional, fun and provide us with great service.
Meeting w/them tomorrow in fact-can't wait! :thumbsup

I love Uncle Karwash and the rest of the LB crew! Definitely a class act, the bunch of 'em!

I see them as the sleeping giants - they are always on the ball, their custom payment pages rock and they can just take the most tricky, obscure technical problem and work with you to completion. Much much unlike the others.

On another note, I saw Tanguy posting up some non-LB biz recently - you guys lost him?

I have to agree, it was always a pleasure meeting everyone from Local Billing. They're a real hands on company that definitely takes your business seriously. One of best well rounded billing companies out there!
