AmeriNOC/Phatservers (good service, I have a question)
I MUST NOTE THEY HAVE GREAT SUPPORT, but billing is hard to get a hold of.
How do I get a hold of billing? I sent emails to both domains, amerinoc and phatservers. I asked for IPS to be removed from my account days before the sale of my account (support said they would forward to billing) and ownership of my account to be switched due to the sale of my websites. Now my credit card has been charged for the IPs and this month's hosting and the invoice still sent to me and not the new owner. I'd like a refund and the invoice sent to the new owner please. I sent another email to [email protected], so if you're reading this please check it. I'm sure there is a logical explanation, so I'm not outing them here, just asking how to contact the billing department. Thanks. |
do they have phone numbers listed/available for you to call?
