... suck badly. The flu got me yesterday, I am cold as hell, have three sweaters on and I am still trembling. Got some 38.9 deg fever, haven't slept for a minute yet tonight.

Suggestions ? I am fixing myself a tea and plan on taking a hot shower.

Sweat that shit out. Wrap up warm, drink a lot of hot sweet tea and rest.

Lot's of liquids. Tea is better cuz it warms you up at the same time, but at least drink water... Ibuprofren and rest... that's all you can do.

Load up on the ColdEze those losingers with Zinc. They really work and cut down the cold to about half its usual miserable duration.

Lots of hot tea with honey helps. Chicken soup is a miracle food for helping get rid of the flu.

I chew on raw garlic too when I get sick. That stuff is potent to kill lots of bugs and bacteria inside your system. You smell like hell but it really wipes out the germs somehow.

And sleep, lots of it. Don't stay active on a cold, it makes it worse.

It's not too bad. I enjoy the snow, it's been about time for it to cover the land ! However, I doubt I'll get to enjoy it very much in the next few days.
