Lots of chargebacks in past 2-3 days

I usually don't have lots of chargebacks. Something like one every couple of moths.
But in past 2-3 days I've seen quite lot of charge backs (more than usal).
Some of the sponsors charged back rebills old like 2 months.

Sposnors that I had chargebacks are (for now, but hope will have them no more, ordered per amount):

- Huge Traffic
- Fuck You Cash
- AEBN

Have anyone else experienced any increase of chargebacks in past couple of days?

I have seen a lot of chargebacks as well. Maybe epoch, ccbill or whoever just "processed" a week's worth at once. Just a guess though.

Chargebacks are up about 3x in the last 6-8 months. Since just before Christmas people have been CBing because they just "want the money back"
We've even been told by customers they have CBed but want us to refund them so they can get twice the money back. It's turned into a scheme/game for consumers.

Nope.

I do not get a lot of charge backs. My percentage is way below the 1% or whatever threshold. Maybe, on average, one a month? Some months 1-3, other months nada.

I have more CB with CCB, then Verotel over the years.

ccbill last couple of days i had a couple of cb's and one on roughcash which was taken care of by roughcash in a good manner.

pick up the phone call the person who chargedback and find out why

Agent 488 05-20-2009 09:05 AM

you need sales to get chargebacks.

DrChango 05-20-2009 09:21 AM

our chargebacks are actually down a bit this month. No idea why. Oh wait, it's because we're awesome=)

JK, I have no idea, but for some reason we're running a lower chargeback percentage lately than we do on average

Could be but we're CCBill. No increase in CB's this month.

No chargebacks, but tons of failed rebills...
