anyone think this is weird?
 

peanut butter on pancakes and/or waffles... yum. oddly, some people think it's weird. or, am I weird for thinking it's not weird? not like it was my idea, it was served to me once as a kid and have dug it since.

My brother welcome to the club. My whole life everyone thought I was weird for doing this. I mean god damn nothing like some waffles with some peanut butter and an ice cold glass of milk. I really do not care for waffles at all unless they have peanut butter on the side to dip them in. :thumbsup

While your at it try mixing in some banana into the batter, or if your more adventurous switch up the batter even more with other cake styles like zucchini bread, pumpkin, and so forth.

Sounds pretty good to me... peanut butter is great, I'm sure it could began on all sorts of "mediums."

sometimes I add banana slices on top of the peanut butter. :)

somehow, I knew I couldn't have been the only one. lol

It's not weird, in fact, it's delicious. You should try it with peanut butter and nutella

It sounds weird just because I had never heard of people doing it, but when you get down to it, it's just PB with a slightly different sort of "bread" so to speak. I'm sure it is probably good. Heck, there's chocolate chip pancakes already, so mix the two and shazam!

I like apple and cheese sandwiches. I also like apples and peanut butter. I just do not like apples, peanut butter, and a bread product for some reason.

Nothing about it is weird ...

I have made a peanut butter and jelly "sandwich" with my pancakes. It's really good. Nothing beats waffles with hot apples, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream though.

Not weird, a friend of mine likes to put french fries inside his cheeseburger...
