From what i read,

"The reason the FM transmitter is in the phone, it isn?t to play radio stations.
It is to be able to get real time traffic data from various services for turn by turn navigation like other high end traffic based GPS hardware can do."

The OLED screen is the biggest thing for me. I can't wait till all electronics use those. They are easier on the eyes and use half the power.

Hopefully I will be able to listen to my music in my truck without using a docking station now. So its not pointless, I think its great.

I didnt get the 2.0 phone because I didnt see enough reason to upgrade, but if the 3.0 has the FM feature I'll be getting it.

I paid $499 or $599 (forget which) for the top model when it first came out. That's Apple for you. Why let the customer know when something better is coming out when you can force them to buy both?

You can get them unlocked here in Asia. They will then work anywhere you want them to work. They just try to lock you into shit in the USA, fuck all that. It will be here and unlocked within 24 hours of being released in the USA.

With that said, I will not be getting one.
