very good question. I would suggest something along the lines Jurrasic 5, D.I.T.C.,The Roots,Method Man-Tical..All of these albums contain reallyg ood lyrics and a good riding groove and more importantly, parentally acceptal lyrics yet sound good in any system..thanks for calling!

Hey, that actually was helpful. My turn.

I dont listen to alot of rap, but when I do, I tend to catch myself liking a cerain style. 10 times out of 10 I have just listened to it and not known who I had just heard, and I am too lazy to try and track it down.

I like my rap lyrics violent, like the old days with NWA. I have two older DMX cds that I really like (Hell is, and Flesh of My Flesh), I like his voice. So if there was a band out there that mixed the sounds of DMX with the lyrics of NWA. If DMX had sex with NWA and they had a baby. What, or whom, would it be?

I dont like 99% of the commercial rap you hear on mtv and radio. I get the feeling what I like wont be radio or video "friendly".

I want a nigga to sound hard.

Help me TooDamn... help me.

And what was the chick band that did "Shoot The Mutha Fucka In The Kneecap".

now this is a very interesting question you have asked Labret. When Im in the office I like to rock out to something really heavy with lots of killing, cursing, basicallya nything to piss off anyone walking by. The following albums are what we would call 'crunk' which is a down south term that means something that makes you want to fuck someone up in the club

1) M.O.P. -Warriorz
2) Pastor Troy- any goddamn album but perferrably Universal Soldier
3) Triple Six Mafia-Mystic Styles, Chapter 666 world domination
4) Twizstid-Cryptic Collection 2
5) Esham-Homie dont play that
6) Da Lynch Mob- Guerillas in da midst
7)gangsta Nip-South Park Psycho
8) Flatlinerz USA-God day to die

now here is where it gets complicated.. C-walking is a crip dance originated in the 70's to show disrespect to the Enemy bloods when they would meet at clubs or parties. When someone is cwalkin, they are usually spelling out crip along with their hood and crossing out enemy hoods all in one hotfoot dance.

Since the popularity fo rap such crips as WC,SNoop Dogg, and XHIBIT has done this dance in their videos and for some strange dumb ass reasons kids all over have been doing it..in fact,I once saw a black guy trying to teacha white girl to crip walkin a club..SCARY!!

Bottom line is...if your not crippin, DONT DO IT BECAUSE YOU WILL GET KILLED! The dance is outlawed at many highschools and junior highschools here in California

Agree...back in the 80s most of my friends dissed hip-hop. It was only Ice-t, Run DMC, Beastie Boys.... then in 86-89 I'd put in the NWA tape's. That was something that couldn't be fucked with. Still cant.

Most people I've heard use the sell-out line are implying that
certain artists betrayed their core fans and changed their style to become famous (see: sugar ray), while others say it because they feel betrayed that the local band they used to listen to and hang out with at the local club bacame famous, and no longer comes around to hang (see: most bands that achieve any success whatsoever).

thank you for calling MakingCoin...excellent question you have asked becasue
1)Benzino basically called eminem a part of the 'machine'...Most people dont knwo that benzino and his wack ass albums own stock in the source which is run bya jew by the name of David Mays....Selfyn Hinds lift the source because of the excessive 3 page layouts in every issue of the source and manipulating the mic system here is a very good article on their beef

http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/features/id.179

2) The beef with Ja Rule and 50 Cents goes back to when 50 cents came out with how to rob .. Jah Rule and 50 met in a studio and jah rule ended up stabbing 50 cents

New York, NY ? Rapper 50 Cent, who received major press and radio play from his single, ?How To Rob? ? a humorous song about how he fantasized about robbing the industry?s top rap-stars, was stabbed 103 times last weekend, as he was leaving The Tunnel, early Sunday morning.

Apparently, the rapper was confronted by a large group of popular rap artists outside of the club, led by Ja Rule who stood in the front of the crowd. Ja Rule, who according to witnesses, opened a switchblade with the flick of the wrist, asking ?Are you ready to rock, punk,? at which point the fray began.

50 Cent, who was knocked over immediately, was then charged by over 75 emcees, many whom were upset about their names being mentioned in his song ?How To Rob?. Witnesses say among the angry mob of rappers / stabbers, were both LL Cool J and Canibus, who seemed to have formed an alliance.

?Well, we had to put our differences aside and come together for one common cause,? said Canibus.

?Yeah, it was cool, I like working with Canibus again,? said Cool J.

Other rappers, who were not mentioned in the song, also showed up for the stabbing.

"I mean, he didn?t really dis me in particular?, said Ghostface Killah, ?But, you know, he?s tryin? to come out by sayin? everyone else?s names and shit, so you know, the god had to roll up on him - purple gorilla maxin?, chain with Jesus hangin? off.?

?Yeah you know, I had to put it down for the south?, said Trick Daddy.

After being stabbed over one-hundred and three times in virtually ever part of his body, the rapper?s luck got even worse, when he was suddenly attacked by a pack of rabid dogs, who bit him repeatedly. Witnesses say, among the dogs were many a ferocious pitbull, along with one wild golden retriever.

?I don?t think it was a dog, actually. I think it was a dingo. The really crazy yellow one was a dingo,? said Fifty.

According to Ja Rule, who coordinated the event, the dogs were not a part of the plan, but actually showed up at the last minute.

As of today, 50 Cent remains in the hospital in a full body cast, with his life is on the line. Yet the ambitious rapper hopes to pull through, to finish the recording of ?How To Rob Part 2?, by the weekend.

I think its a combination of sheer ego's and I dont think RZA wants to produce shit albums. Myself I like Killa army and Sunz of Man but thats as far as the wu affiliates go. As we know Meth is off doin this and that and ODB is back in rehab...I think they lost their desire to rap :2 cents:
