What Are The Legalities of Pissing Scenes?
 

Anyone done any research on this subject? Pissing scenes overall. U.S. Based versus non-U.S. based?

I'm looking for knowledge about providing a pissing scene on a paysite but if anyone knows anything about the affiliate side of it, I'd be interested in knowing that as well. Like, if someone owns a blog and promotes a pissing FHG, any legalities that need to be noted?

Pissing in itself is fine, pissing ON others is not. Bob our programmer has a pissing site and he knows all about it. I'll send him this way.

One more time around.

Most of the recent obscenity cases have all involved excrement... including pissing, scat and enemas... I would not recommend piss as a safe site. However, all those indictments were under the Bush Administration, so we really dont know how Obama will react. But I can tell you that even with Ogden as the Number 2 guy, I dont think any charges have been dropped against any of the previous defendants.

And consult a First Amendment attorney... Douglas, Reed Lee, JD Odenberger ect are all solid First Amendment guys...
