You know all i gotta say is mark is a fucking great guy who has helped me out alot. . The part about the pics i have no idea but why would you want to hang someone fot this. It make no sense unless thats what you do for a living. thats all i can say mark is a great guy who works hard as hell to make a living and if your gonna chop his nuts of for some pics do what you have to do. Serge, I just replied to Mike's email. That you would post to a board before he and I had a chance to speak is pretty weird. I don't know what got up your butt about me... I've always stayed out of your way and I have seen you do some very unethical things. For you to call me a crook is quite the irony.

Issues at hand:

1) Gallery with unlicensed content... Certainly a mistake on my part. I had my guys put up two galleries for examples which were supposed to have Matrix content (as you see #2 was correct) and my boy never never changed gallery one from what he downloaded from a site as "girls he wants to fuck." But Mike saw it and emailed me and so I corrected it immediately. Obviously the page is just to show gallery layouts and the pics have no bearing on the presentation so you can't even say I was trying to steal pics to make money from drawing viewers. It's just ridiculous.

2) Not having an Oprano link... LUMYR's link pop-up was formed from using Dman's auto submit script for webmaster resources. I have since added a couple links to people who wrote and requested them as a link exchange. Oprano did not participate in the group of sites in his tool so it never showed. Mike has emailed me and asked for a link. Simple enough... that's how XNations got on there too. To say I'm some kind of "crook" for not having a link before one was even asked for. That's just silly.

So all that said, I hope anyone with any sense would see that issue #1 is a stupid mistake and I had nothing to gain from using anything but the content I paid for from Matrix and that issue #2 has nothing to do with the word, "crook."

So I would ask that you apologize for being so hasty and honorous in your remarks, especially considering the good number of times you know I would have had the opportunity NOT to give you the benefit of the doubt on something that looked fishy on your end.
