What size and style banners are you using these days?
 

I am noticing a lot of programs really experimenting with different types of banners these days. I am seeing all sorts of different types that do a variety of things (slide, scramble, time delay, etc) and in any number of shapes and sizes.

What banners are you using the most these days? Which ones does a sponsor *have* to have for you to use them at the moment?

For a while I thought banners were dying out in favor of text links but it looks like they are making a come back but just not the normal 'old fashioned' variety.

I do best with flash ad's :)
