Warning !! For Anyone Purchasing .Tel Domain Extensions !!!!

Over the last week i have seen incidents involving people purchasing .TEL Domains.

If you are not aware please note the following;

.Tel domains cannot be used to build websites on , they are simply to list contact details.

Thought l would mention it before someone comes here all happy after they have purchased a great porn .TEL only to find they cant build a site on it ....

So thats the scoop :thumbsup

Yeah... Ok, well, they were never meant to build sites on. The registrars clearly state this and what the purpose of them are, and how to use them.

I can't imagine ANY "incidents" that could occur if you actually read about what you are buying BEFORE you buy it.

What were the "incidents" that you speak of? I would love to hear about them, because I bet they are hilarious.

you can still use them to link to porn sites/affiliate programs

i.e. if you had a bunch of pornstar names you could link them up to dating sites , i'm sure thy would sell like white on rice
