'WorldCom is iBill?s provider of 900-telephone service for the Web 900 service. On July 21st, WorldCom filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection. As a result, iBill has not been compensated by WorldCom for Web 900 purchases made for May, June and through July 21st. In good faith, iBill processed May?s payments to our clients without being paid by WorldCom. Until WorldCom compensates iBill for the outstanding Web 900 purchases made from June 1 until July 21st, we will be unable to pay our clients for those Web 900 sales. We, along with all of WorldCom?s creditors, are working with WorldCom?s legal team towards resolution. As soon as iBill is compensated from WorldCom for these sales, we will forward payment to all clients. '
