ARS down for the count?

Several boards and webmaster email groups point to zero or down ARS sales for the past 2 months. Seems like other big programs are experiencing this as well. Massive Scrub? Share your experiences.

I'm still doing well with several sponsors so it's not an across the board problem. But it definitely IS a problem with several sponsors.

and what about Silver Cash ?
I joined them recently and because I am sending them little traffic, I cannot say it yet, but I've heard many complaints about their stats in the last time ( also on their forum ).
