50/50 deal
 

I have enough content to start a shemale and a gay site.
Would like to sign up with some company to do a 50/50 (or so) deal. Where they´d just take the content (I produced myself) and design a site and put it into their network of sites and look after the traffic and sales end of things too.
Any recommendations?
