I agree 100% - I would even be willing to teach whoever buys it how to do SEO.

It depends @ 40$/sale it makes $450/month or so.

I did rev share so you end up making alot more on it.

Whats MORE important is what the network allows you to do:
We took a site with the SEO template we are giving you, tossed 4-5 galleries on it and used the sites as a springboard.
30 days later the site is getting 1800uniques a month and has made a couple sales.

I will be honest, the formula we have works, and if this other project was not eating my time I would still be focusing on this. The person or group who buys this however will not want me to go into a ton of detail on the process publicly.

Google reconises over used keywords so yes we don't use them in every post. If you have another method that works for you that's awesome, but our sites rank with what we do and convert. There is indeed method to our madness.

The keywords there are actually "normal girl porn" and "normal girls".

The sites are separated into two categories, on two different hosting accounts.

Cat1 are the niche sites that are performing 1:200-300 with ALL SEO traffic. These are launched and gotten up in the rankings by springboarding off sites in the second category.

The relatively small amount of sales you see are a result of us only launching about 5-6 sites.

If we were to continue launching performance blogs we could see real value from the network, but as our time is focused on this upcoming launch, the network is going to waste.

Out of 100k uniques hits per month, you make only 15 sales, with SE traffic? Is it me, or it's kinda bad? :warning

I think that is actually rather good.

I know that its converting under 1:500 and it sounds like you know a way to improve CTR and this would be an amazing investment for you!

LOL.. do you really think that an auto blog network that took you a couple of days to set up is anywhere near $3500?

$350 is closer to what that auto blog network is worth.. maybe.

What part of the nearly 1000 custom posts, the high rankings, the good performance, the custom templates make you think that any part of this was "auto."

OMG.. you are right! You are the first page for a longtail keyword that has a massive.. wait for this.. 28 broad searches A MONTH!

Wow... somebody should pick this network up ASAP.. with that kind of search volume, you are guaranteed to get a sale.. in about 30 years.. maybe.. LOL.

Your correct, its a long tail search term with only a few hits, however the subset of that keyword (which gets 4.4k search results/month) we are top 3 for.

That site has taken searches from "free punk porn" and converted.

There are MANY complexities of an SEO plan, as much as I would like to explain everyone of them to you, that would simply serve to devalue this network.

Hmm.. so that averages to what 150 google searches a day for your low competition keywords? You are in position 3, so I will be generous and say you get 10% of those searches. A massive 15 searches from google for your "optimized" search term... Hmmm.. You really are the SEO king!

Why don't you simply ask instead of assuming?

Page Views for same day: 226

So far this month we have 75% of our traffic come from google, which would be around 75 unqiues a day.

Consider this site makes money, I would say we have met our goal.
