I had that happen about half an hour into Armageddon forever ago and to this day still haven't seen the rest of it just because I saw enough to know it was a shitty movie.

I'm sure Benjamin Button is one of those films that's way too slow for some...I haven't seen it yet but I do have a feeling I'll probably enjoy it.

I liked it, but thought it was too long and could have used a more heavy handed editor. I mean, it was based off a short story for christs sake, not a novel.

I liked parts of it, and I liked the themes, but there was alot that they could have cut out. Having so much in there made it a little redic and Forrest Gump-like TBH.

I have been wanting to see the movie for a long time. I started to watch it on a plane but realized the movie is too heavy and needs to be watched at home or in a theatre where there's alot less noise.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0421715/) won 3 Oscar awards this year. It's directed by David Fincher (Se7en, Fight Club), so it's got to be pretty good.

It also uses brand new "Performance Capture Technology" which is an upgrade from the older "Motion Capture" method. Instead of placing 25 blue dots or so on a person's face to capture basic expressions (smiling, frowning, etc), they used a kind of a blue dust to capture tens of thousands of points on Brad Pits Face. This let Brad pit act as a very old man, a teen, and a baby via CG, and make it very believable.

I've seen only a few parts but plan to rent it soon. It sure looks pretty good...!

I agree 100% Armageddon was a 100 million dollar piece of shit! You should check out BB though.. it's a kick ass movie

I thought this would be a solid movie, as Pitt often makes good choices for roles like these. I feel asleep about an hour in, in the theatre! Wouldn't bother seeing the rest of it.

i fell asleep watching this with a chick a few weeks ago, got about 90m into it and no car chases, explosions, or frontal nudity. and there wasnt enough niggas in the movie to keep my interest level up
