question for quicktime pro users (video editing)
I'd like open a capture avi file to take screenshots. However, quicktime pro won't allow me to open more than 3:43 minutes of the capture file. Is there a way to fix this problem?

I'm using the latest version as well, and registered as PRO....The file I'm trying to open is 3.85 gigs. It does open, but only 3:43 minutes of it.

Are you sure your AVI isnt only 3:43 mins long? |
I usually use VirtualDub to take screenshots. But I wanted to try Quicktime Pro. With virtualDub, the files open without any problem. I tried with several avi files, and they all stop at 3:43 minutes in the quicktime time line. These movies are all longer than 3:43.
And apparently, I'm not the only one having this problem check this out http://www.wwug.com/forums/apple_qui....htm#startloop |
and I use windows2000
